Introduction: Adrenal glands are common sites for secondary lesions derived from malignant tumours (lymphoma, melanoma, renal, breast, colon, and bronchopulmonary cancer). Patients with adrenal secondary lesions are typically asymptomatic but 1% may present with adrenal insufficiency as a first manifestation.
